Attorney Gerard G. Antetomaso, Esq., a graduate of the Class of 1984, is giving back to St. John Fisher University with a gift in his estate plan.

“I am very proud of my alma mater and fortunate to see firsthand the impact the University has in the community,” says Jerry, who lives just five miles from campus. “Including Fisher in my estate plan is an easy way for me to give back. My Fisher education prepared me well for my studies at Albany Law School and has laid the foundation for what I find to be a rewarding career in law.

“When working on our estate plan, my wife Michele and I decided to remember Fisher. Providing for the next generation of students and being a part of the University’s continuing mission are important to me and my family.”

Jerry also supports the University as a volunteer. He lends his experience in trusts and estates law to the University’s Planned Giving Advisory Council, and he serves as the Council’s chair. This gives him even more insight on how philanthropy impacts his alma mater.

Jerry is a partner at Evans Fox LLP, currently serves as secretary of the executive committee of the New York State Bar Association real property law section, and is a past chair of the Monroe County Bar Association real estate section. He is the past president of the Estate Planning Council of Rochester and past member of the Monroe County Bar Association trusts and estates council. He lives in nearby Perinton with Michele and their son Nathan.
